In light of the bankruptcy court's order lifting the stay as to this proceeding, petitioner's motion to proceed is granted. The amended petition for writ of certiorari is denied. We treat petitioner's motion for “verified objection and motion for summary judgment” as a motion to proceed without response, and deny it as moot.
