Aaron D. SHARPNACK, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).
After consideration of appellant's response received January 2, 2018, this court dismisses this appeal 2D17–356 for lack of jurisdiction because the notice of appeal was filed more than 30 days after rendition of the order being appealed and is, therefore, untimely. The dismissal is without prejudice to appellant filing a petition for belated appeal pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141(c).
Dismissed.
BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
SILBERMAN, CRENSHAW, and BADALAMENTI, JJ., Concur.
