App. P. 9.110(b); Miami–Dade County v. Peart, 843 So. 2d 363, 364 (Fla. 3d DCA 2003). Consequently, we must dismiss the appeal as untimely.

The oral argument scheduled for March 29, 2018, is cancelled.
