Elizabeth STROTHER, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. Thomas F. GRANAHAN, et al., Appellee/Respondent(s).
The order on appeal was rendered January 20, 2017. Unfortunately, appellant filed her notice of appeal on February 21, 2017. Timely filing of the notice of appeal is jurisdictional. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.110(b); Miami–Dade County v. Peart, 843 So. 2d 363, 364 (Fla. 3d DCA 2003). Consequently, we must dismiss the appeal as untimely.
The oral argument scheduled for March 29, 2018, is cancelled.
BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
LaROSE, C.J., KHOUZAM and LUCAS, JJ., Concur.
