Upon consideration, appellant's motion to stay enforcement of the final judgment below is hereby denied.
The appeal is hereby dismissed as an untimely post-judgment appeal of interlocutory orders filed more than thirty (30) days from rendition of the order to be reviewed, pursuant to Fla. R. App. P. 9.130(a)(5). This order is without prejudice to the timely filing of an appeal from the final judgment of foreclosure.
Appellant's motion for extension of time to file initial brief is hereby denied.
