Maria SIDLOSCA, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. OLYMPUS INSURANCE COMPANY, Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
In light of Petitioner's March 6, 2018 Status Report, we dismiss as moot, Petitioner's November 27, 2017 Petition for Certiorari and Prohibition, without prejudice to Petitioner timely appealing the trial court's February 13, 2018 Final Judgment Awarding Attorney's Fees and Costs to the Defendant.
Upon consideration of respondent's motion for attorney's fees, it is ordered that said motion is conditionally granted and remanded to the trial court to fix amount based on the proposal for settlement and denied based on underlying sanctions order.
