C.B., Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. Thomas N. FISCHGRUND, Appellee/Respondent(s).
Petitioner's petition for writ of prohibition is denied. We note that based on the response to this petition and the trial court's orders denying the motion for emergency and ex parte relief and setting trial and pretrial conference, it appears that the evidentiary hearing mandated by this court in C.B. v. Fischqrund, 181 So. 3d 1263 (Fla. 2d DCA 2015), will take place in conjunction with the final hearing that is set to begin on February 21, 2018, and to conclude on February 28, 2018. The trial court and the parties in the underlying case should take all steps necessary to resolve the case as expeditiously as possible.
BY ORDER OF THE COURT:
VILLANTI, KHOUZAM, and ROTHSTEIN–YOUAKIM, JJ., Concur.
