The petitioner's “motion for extension of time to file ineffective assistance of appellate counsel” and a “mended notice of appeal” are dismissed without prejudice to the petitioner's right to file a timely petition alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.141 (d). Any petition filed pursuant to 9.141 (d) shall be assigned a new case number. This proceeding is dismissed.
