Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus is granted without prejudice to the State's right to seek to modify bail in compliance with Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.131 (d)(2). Within three days, the trial court shall reinstate the bond amount of $150,000 and strike the condition of pretrial release that petitioner not have contact with any known Outlaws gang member.
