The petition for belated appeal filed as case 2D17–4035 is granted as to circuit court case number 10–CF–4623.
Case number 10–CF–4623 is hereby docketed in appeal 2D16–3691, and case number 2015–CF–045580 is removed from that docket.
Appeal 2D16–3691 shall review: (1) the order of revocation of probation and the judgment and sentenced rendered in case 10–CF–4623 on July 22–25, 2016, and (2) the judgment and sentence rendered in case 15–CF–11658 on July 28, 2016.
The circuit court clerk shall treat this order as an amended notice of appeal, promptly certify same and return it to this court in case 2D16–3691.
The record transmitted to this court on October 18, 2017, in case 2D17–4035 is hereby docketed in 2D16–3691.
Attorney Keith Upson remains counsel of record in case 2D16–3691. Within 10 days of the date of this order, counsel shall review the record filings in case 2D16–3691 for completeness, shall review the initial brief and appendix filed in that case, and shall file in this court a status report on the record and on whether an amended initial brief needs to be filed.
