Calvin Dejuan FORMAN, Appellant/Petitioner(s), v. STATE of Florida, Appellee/Respondent(s).
By an opinion filed on October 20, 2017, in 2D15–5165, this court reversed appellant's sentence of 25 years in prison and remanded for resentencing which has not yet taken place. This appeal was initiated prior to October 20, 2017. Because appellant is challenging the vacated sentence, this appeal is dismissed as moot.
