Upon consideration, petitioner's pro se motion to compel filed on January 8, 2018, which was sent by petitioner prior to this Court's denial of the petition for writ of mandamus issued on January 4, 2018, is treated as timely filed.
The motion to compel is treated as a petition for writ of prohibition, and is hereby denied without prejudice for petitioner to raise in a future appeal.
