The petition for writ of mandamus is denied as moot. The “Notices” filed by petitioner are noted. Petitioner is hereby instructed that if he wishes to schedule any motion for a hearing with the trial judge, he must submit his request to the judge's judicial assistant and give written notice to all interested litigants. See Smartt v. First Union Nat. Bank, 771 So. 2d 1232 (Fla. 5th DCA 2000).
