Dierdre CANNET, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, Appellee.
The appellant's conviction and sentence are affirmed. However, this case shall be remanded to the trial court to correct the judgment to reflect that solicitation of trafficking in oxycodone is a second degree felony, not a first degree felony. See §§ 777.04(2), 893.135(1)(c)1, Fla. Stat. (1997).
Affirmed; remanded to the trial court to correct judgment.
