Charles DAWSON, Petitioner, v. STATE of Florida, Respondent.
The Court treats Petitioner's petition for writ of mandamus as an appeal of a non-final order in his underlying criminal case and dismisses it for lack of jurisdiction. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.140(b)(1). Petitioner's appeal of his criminal judgment and sentence in case 1D23-0522 remains pending in this Court.
