This appeal arises from a contentious dispute over use of platted preservation land. We affirm the temporary injunction maintaining the status quo, but note that this disposition does not pass upon the merits of the underlying claims that remain pending before the lower tribunal, and should not be construed as doing so.
Affirmed.
