(2022) (providing that an appeals referee's decision is final unless a party seeks review within twenty days after the notice of the decision is mailed to the party's last known address or within twenty days after delivery of the notice); WHS Trucking LLC v. Reemployment Assistance Appeals Comm'n, 183 So. 3d 460, 462 (Fla. 1st DCA 2016) (explaining that the Commission lacks authority to consider an appeal of an appeals referee's decision initiated more than twenty days after the notice of decision is mailed or delivered).
