Arthur LOPEZ, Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. ACTUALIDAD RADIO GROUP LLC, et al., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s),
While not entirely clear, it appears from pro se Petitioner's April 18, 2023, filing in this Court, and a review of the trial court docket, that pro se Petitioner is petitioning this Court for emergency relief that prevents the trial court from conducting an April 19, 2023, 9:30am hearing on Defendant Actualidad Media Group, LLC's January 24, 2023, Motion to Dismiss Petitioner's complaint. It appears that this April 19, 2023, hearing, which is scheduled to be conducted on the Zoom platform, was specially set by the trial court on March 30, 2023.
Again, while not entirely clear, it appears that pro se Petitioner's objection is premised on the trial court's alleged failure to provide pro se Petitioner with reasonable accommodations pursuant to the Americans With Disabilities Act. This Court, however, has not been provided with a copy of any order from which pro se Petitioner seeks relief, nor has pro se Petitioner filed an appendix as required by Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.100(g) and 9.200. This Court, therefore, lacks the ability to provide any meaningful review, and is compelled to dismiss the pro se Petition.
EMAS, SCALES and LINDSEY, JJ., concur.
