WYNWOOD INVESTORS, LLC, etc., et al., Appellant(s)/Petitioner(s), v. DILUVIO, LLC, etc., Appellee(s)/Respondent(s).
Upon consideration of Appellants’ Response to this Court's May 18, 2023, Order to Show Cause as to why this appeal should not be dismissed as one taken from a non-final, non-appealable order, and recognizing that the order on appeal does not enter judgment against any party, but instead only grants a motion for partial summary judgment, and further recognizing that no request was made by Appellants to relinquish jurisdiction to the trial court so that a final judgment may be entered, this appeal is hereby dismissed as one taken from a non-final, non-appealable order.
FERNANDEZ, C.J., and SCALES and LINDSEY, JJ., concur.
