ABDULMUIZ A. ONIGBANJO, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee.
Appellant seeks review of an order revoking his probation in Leon County case number 2018 CF 3292. We affirm the order on appeal because competent, substantial evidence supports more than one ground for revocation. However, the revocation order erroneously finds three violations of condition (5) of Appellant's probation when the State only proved two violations of condition (5). The order also erroneously states Appellant admitted to the violations when he did not. On remand, the trial court is directed to strike the additional violation of condition (5) and to correct the order to remove the statement that Appellant admitted violating probation.
AFFIRMED and REMANDED.
PER CURIAM.
LEWIS, ROBERTS, and WINOKUR, JJ., concur.
