MARVIN DELVALLE, Appellant, v. DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL SERVICES, Appellee.
Until his licenses were revoked, Appellant was a health and life insurance agent authorized under Florida law to represent insurers offering certain insurance products. See § 626.015(8), (12), Fla. Stat. Here, Appellant challenges the final order revoking his licenses. The final order was based on the findings that Appellant committed “willful deception” and “repeated misrepresentations” directed to his employer, and as such violated sections 626.611(1)(e), (g), and (i), Florida Statutes.
At the informal hearing on the administrative complaint, Appellant admitted the material facts, and no procedural error occurred which would require reversal. See § 120.57(2), Fla. Stat. (providing procedures applicable to hearings without disputed issues of material fact). Appellant's admitted false statements on the insurance applications at issue support the violations found. Finding no ground for setting aside or modifying the agency action under section 120.68(7), Florida Statutes, the final order is
AFFIRMED.
PER CURIAM.
ROBERTS, BILBREY, and M.K. THOMAS, JJ., concur.
