Taylor v. Blakey, 05-5279
In a suit to compel disclosure of certain documents from the Federal Aviation Administration under the Freedom of Information Act, dismissal on grounds of res judicata is affirmed where a "close associate" of plaintiff's had been his "virtual representative" in a prior FOIA case unsuccessfully seeking the same documents.
