WILLISTON BASIN INTERSTATE PIPELINE CO. v. FERC, 02-1257

Defendant failed to provide an adequate explanation for its ruling, pursuant to section 5 of the Natural Gas Act, that plaintiff's practice of selective discounting was discriminatory, unjust and unreasonable. Defendant's orders are vacated and the matter remanded.
