ALBRECHT v. COMM. ON EMPLOYEE BENEFITS OF THE FED. RESERVE EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SYS., 02-5325

By suing to require defendants to terminate future payments and to refund past contributions in excess of amounts required to fund the retirement benefits plan, plaintiffs are effectively seeking to change the terms under which they accepted employment. Dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and for failure to state a claim.
