ATHRIDGE v. AETNA CAS. & SUR. CO., 02-7134
In an action arising out of an automobile accident brought against insurers alleging indemnification, bad-faith, and misrepresentation, summary judgement to plaintiff on the indemnification claim is reversed where there is a factual issue relating to whether a policy exclusion applies to driver.
