Johnson v. Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., 09-15937
In actions arising out of foreclosure proceedings that involved enforcement of an arbitration award, the district court's decision is vacated and remanded where it did not review the arbitrator's award when presented with motions to confirm and to vacate the award under the Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. section 1.
