In a civil rights action filed by owners and operators of a gun shop in West Hollywood, against the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Police Department, and a number of individual LAPD officers, alleging that that the LAPD executed an illegal search at the gun shop, the district court's grant of summary judgment is affirmed where these civil claims necessarily imply the invalidity of their state court convictions, which they did not challenge.
