Knappenberger v. Phoenix, 07-15774

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action alleging that Defendant city constructively discharged Plaintiff police officer from his job, judgment on the pleadings for Defendant is affirmed where Plaintiff failed to allege facts showing that Defendant created intolerable working conditions that compelled Plaintiff to leave.
