Holcombe v. Hosmer, 05-15151
In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 case alleging that defendants dismissed her from the Nevada Department of Public Safety in retaliation for associating with her husband in violation of her First Amendment rights, dismissal of plaintiff's case is affirmed where the district court correctly found that plaintiff's claims were precluded by a state court's affirmance of an administrative decision upholding her termination.
