United States Ninth Circuit

A conviction for possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense is affirmed where the evidence was sufficient to support the possession-in-furtherance conviction under 18 U.S.C. section 924(c)(1)(A), and the court declines once again to adopt a checklist approach to the inquiry.
