Josephs v. Pac. Bell, 03-56412

Judgment pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff on an employment discrimination claim under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is affirmed where denial of defendant's motions for judgment as a matter of law and a new trial was proper, and there was no error regarding jury instructions or admission of evidence.
