OSTAD v. OREGON HEALTH SCIENCES UNIV., 00-36060

In a former hospital resident's claims that termination from a residency program was in retaliation for questioning of a doctor's billing practices, the hospital waived the right to have its liability considered apart from that of the doctor, and jury instructions properly stated the law on First Amendment retaliation.
