Defendant's sentence for conspiracy to distribute cocaine base, distribution of cocaine base, and possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, is affirmed where, because there was no showing that the U.S. Attorney's Office knew of an address change for defendant, the U.S. Attorney properly served defendant by mailing notice to the jail where defendant was incarcerated.
