US v. Eagle Bear, 06-4171

A conviction for burglary, assault with a dangerous weapon, and assault by striking, beating, or wounding, is affirmed where: 1) a decision to allow the victim to testify about a separate beating in California was not an abuse of discretion; and 2) sufficient evidence supported the verdict on the counts.
