US v. Guzman, 06-4069

In a prosecution for possession of a firearm by an unlawful user of a controlled substance, denial of a motion to suppress firearms seized from his house and a truck is affirmed over claims that: 1) officers had neither a warrant nor consent for the search of the truck; 2) the warrant for the search of the house was defective; and 3) the good faith exception to the exclusionary rule did not apply.
