United States Eighth Circuit
US v. Altman, 06-4023
In a prosecution for conspiracy to distribute crack cocaine, an order excluding one of the government's witnesses from testifying at trial is reversed where the district court abused its discretion in granting the motion in limine as the government's disclosure of the witness was not untimely, and there was no other adequate reason for the exclusion.
