Gretillat v. Care Initiatives, 06-1738
In an action alleging that plaintiff's employer forced her to retire or be terminated in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state law, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where the district court correctly found that plaintiff was not disabled under the ADA in light of the limited nature of the restrictions on plaintiff's ability to walk and stand.
