US v. Jones, 06-2600

A conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims that the district court erred by: 1) refusing to permit defendant to withdraw his nolo contendere plea; 2) denying a motion to suppress evidence discovered during a warrantless search of his car; and 3) not crediting him for the thirty months he served in state custody for violating the conditions of his parole by committing the instant offense.
