Summary judgment for defendants on plaintiff's claims against two employers for race and sex discrimination, and retaliation is reversed in part as to the retaliation claim where there was a material dispute as to whether plaintiff's suspension without pay was caused by his protected activity of filing a complaint, or by his misrepresentations on his resumes.
