US v. Weston, 04-3325, 05-1291

Defendants' convictions for the manufacture, possession, and distribution of methamphetamine are affirmed over claims of error regarding the legality of two searches of a defendant's home and sufficiency of the evidence. Sentence is remanded for resentencing in consideration of the factors set forth in 18 U.S.C. section 3553(a).
