Munn v. Toney, 05-1320

Dismissal of prison inmate-plaintiff's civil rights action claiming deliberate indifference to his medical needs is reversed where plaintiff sufficiently alleged he was denied his blood-pressure medication as to his missed-medication claim, and plaintiff's missed-monitoring claim does not fail for lack of physical injury to plaintiff.
