In appeals from conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm, 1) Brady violation claims are rejected, 2) claim that 18 U.S.C. section 922(g)(1) is unconstitutional is rejected, and 3) district court did not err in imposing a two level enhancement for obstruction of justice.
