A sentence after a felon-in-possession firearm conviction is affirmed, where 1) Apprendi challenge is rejected as defendant was sentenced below the statutory maximum for his offense, and 2) government presented sufficient evidence to support setting of the offense level and the imposition of an enhancement to the base offense level.
