MANUS v. AM. AIRLINES, INC., 01-2755

In an action for damages from an airplane accident, sufficient evidence supported jury's award for loss of earning capacity, and denial of a motion for new trial or remittitur was not an abuse of discretion in because awards are supported by the evidence, though at the outer limits of that warranted by the evidence.
