Injunctive relief, permitting prisoners to communicate with other inmates serving as "jailhouse lawyers" and to use a discontinued method of inmate legal correspondence, was proper where defendants failed to show an absolute ban on inmate legal correspondence served a legitimate penological purpose and made no showing of abuse of the system.
