Defendants' sentences for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute more than 100 kilograms of marijuana are affirmed where: 1) defendant was a manager or supervisor in the scheme and therefore was not entitled to a reduction in his sentence under U.S.S.G. section 3B1.2; 2) because defendant's sentence was properly enhanced under section 3B1.1 for his aggravating role, he was ineligible for application of the safety-valve provision contained in U.S.S.G. section 5C1.2; and 3) another defendant was not entitled to a reduction because he was integral to the conspiracy's success.
