United States Seventh Circuit

McGowan v. Hulick, 09-2991

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action by a prisoner claiming that a dentist who extracted his molar, the prison's dental director, the regular prison physician, and the prison warden were all negligent and deliberately indifferent to his medical needs, the dismissal of the complaint is reversed where the complaint alleged with specificity a number of troubling delays in plaintiff's treatment.
