Estate of Blanco v. Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 08-2074

In deceased plaintiff's ERISA suit, arising from the denial of his claim for long term disability (LTD) benefits following a heart attack, district court's affirmance of Prudential's motion for summary judgment is affirmed as, plaintiff is not eligible for LTD because his disability was due to a preexisting condition under the policy.
