US v. Ewing, 05-3409

Conviction for attacking a state court judge is affirmed where the district court provided the jury with a proper instruction on the meaning of wrongfulness for purpose of an insanity defense, and the district court did not err in failing to order a competency hearing during trial or a retrospective competency hearing after trial.
