Huff v. Sheahan, 05-1310

In a suit alleging race and sex discrimination against the Sheriff of Cook County, judgment for defendant is reversed and remanded where the district court committed reversible error in instructing the jury on the Ellerth/Faragher affirmative defense portion of plaintiff's Title VII claim.
