United States Seventh Circuit
CIARPAGLINI v. SAINI, 01-2657
Prisoner and frequent filer fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted, thereby fails the "screening" process of 28 U.S.C. section 1915A(b)(1), and so his case was correctly dismissed. District court erred in concluding that the complaint failed to meet the imminent danger exception of section 1915(g).
